Participation Policy
-
5 year old and under admitted for $2.00 with
adult in-water supervision.
-
Elementary school (K - 4th grade) admitted
for $2.00 with in-water adult supervision. (If the child is at least
48" tall or able to swim 60 feet, the child may be in the water alone
with parent or supervisory adult present on the deck.)

Other students through age of 18 years old
admitted for $2.00. Middle school students aren't required to have
adults present.

Activity Descriptions
Lap Swim - During Lap Swim, all the lane
markers will be in the pool and lanes are set up for circle swimming.
O.Y.O. Exercise - (On Your Own Exercise
Period) During O.Y.O. Exercise times, the pool will be open for adults and
seniors for general swimming/exercise. Pool is shared with CAH. No
Laps.
Open Swim - During Open Swim times the pool
will be available for general use. One lane may be set up for lap swimming
if the demand for general use is not too great. Priority goes to general
use.
CAH - Charlevoix Area Hospital Therapy.
Senior Swim - Adults 62 years of age and
older.
Char-Em - Charlevoix & Emmett County
Intermediate School District.
CES- Charlevoix Public Schools 2nd graders
Rental - $105.00 per hour (Recreational
Authority District) $130.00 per hour (Non-District) additional $30 for
open/close pool, plus $10.00 per
guard per hour.
Teen Swim - For teens 13 - 18 years of age.
Swim School - American Red Cross certified
swimming lessons.
Twinges - Twinges in the Hinges with Molly
Tate. Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program. Drop-in or 4 week
pre-registration.
Aqua-Ex - Aqua Exercise - Drop-in or4 week pre-registration.
Water Polo -
Masters - Adult Swim Team. |
